Exceptional my stay at Pensiunea Caramell customer care helped me get a new room After i asked for support. The breakfast and foodstuff in general was best. Every one of the staff I contacted were being really pleasant.

Stayed for 3 days with my husband. Beds were big enough and the room was normally clean. The staff were incredibly handy and pleasant and constantly took care to make us feel good. Rooms are spacious along with the closet. The bathroom was clean and also the shower was wonderful. Not an extremely social hotel at least during our stay.

There wasn’t much about the social ambiance however it´s excellent for a full night relaxation. I liked my stay here enormously and will probably book yet again for my next stop by to Cluj Napoca.

Excellent location, almost everything is nearby. Employees are tremendous welcoming and handy and talk good English. You can find activities every single evening and it´s a great way to meet people today. Rooms and services are good and towels changed daily. Only thing was my bed for being a bit squeaky but that’s quite minor. Excellent quality for the money!
