This hotel was definitely centrally positioned and the personnel at the reception were there at every hrs. The beds have been comfy and the other guests were being generally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air-con was on and off, couldn´t fix it at the end. Incredibly good and clean place. The placement is excellent, precisely what we preferred. Beds were being really cozy. There wasn’t a lot of the social atmosphere but surely is very good for a complete night relaxation. I liked my stay here enormously and will probably reserve once again for my next visit to Gerlos.
