Hotel Terrano Concepción

The workers is a ten, extremely attentive and pleasant. The foods, the amenities, all the things was very good. We spent an excellent stay and the supper was tasty. We beloved Hotel Terrano. We’ll come back there!

Convenient and mostly thoroughly clean – the wc could use some work. Over-all, I was very happy with this place and will surely endorse it to everyone planning to come here.

This hotel was truly centrally positioned and the staff members in the reception were there at all the hrs. The beds were comfortable and the people in the hotel were typically respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air conditioning was off and on, but wasn´t a problem. Extremely great hotel and fantastic location. I Absolutely recommend this hotel!

Excellent location, everything is nearby. Staff members are tremendous friendly and useful and talk great English. You can find activities every single night and it´s a fantastic way to meet people. Rooms and amenities are ok and towels changed daily. Only problem was my bed for being somewhat squeaky but that’s extremely slight. Great value for the price!

Frank Howard

I have booked the room for two days with my husband. Beds were being big enough and the space was always clean. The employees were being incredibly helpful and pleasant and always made us feel good. Rooms are spacious as well as the closet. Bathroom was pretty clean and the shower was great. Not an incredibly social hotel however, maybe it was like this during our stay.
