This hotel was definitely centrally situated and the personnel in the reception were there at any time. The beds had been comfortable and the people in the hotel had been generally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was nice.The air conditioning was off and on, couldn´t fix it at the end. Really good hotel and terrific location. I Definitely advise Hotel Schwarz Alm Zwettl!
