This hotel was definitely centrally located and the personnel in the reception were available at all the hrs. The beds had been cozy and the other guests were typically respectful with each other so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air conditioning was on and off, couldn´t fix it at the end. Pretty pleasant hotel and fantastic location. I Definitely endorse ZigZag Zagreb!

Good place, almost everything is nearby. Staff are tremendous pleasant and well prepared and talk great English. You’ll find activities each and every night and it´s a fantastic way to socializing with people. Rooms and facilities are good and towels changed every single day. Only problem was beds are a bit squeaky but that’s incredibly insignificant. Wonderful quality for the money!

Very good and perfectly clean spot. The area where is located is great, precisely what we wanted. Beds were being pretty comfy. There wasn’t a great deal of the social ambiance but it´s good for a complete night relaxation. I liked my stay here enormously and will most likely book again for my next visit here.
