Me and my kids stayed here for 3 days to exploring the place. Best Western Up Hotel is situated in a really central place, it really is clean as well as the beds are quite cozy! There is only one thing I’d propose heading forward and that is to supply additional hotel amenities, shower gel especially. However, I was more than happy with this place and will surely recommend it to anyone seeking to visit Lille.

I have stayed for 3 nights with my spouse. Beds were being cozy and the room was usually clean up. The employees have been very useful and welcoming and every day took care to make us feel welcome. Rooms are large as well as the closet. The bathroom was also very clean and the shower was excellent. Not a really social hotel but maybe was only during our stay.

Wonderful hotel, almost everything is nearby. Staff are super friendly and helpful and talk excellent English. You’ll find activities each night and it´s a very good way to meet people. Rooms and amenities are good and towels changed daily. Only problem was my bed for being a little noisy but that’s very small. Excellent value for the money!
