I have stayed for 3 nights with my husband. Beds were comfortable and the room was normally pretty clean. The personnel were quite helpful and welcoming and every day took care to make us feel like home. Rooms are big plus the closet. Bathroom was clean and also the shower was wonderful. Not a really social hotel but maybe was only all along our stay.

Assuming that you are travelling to Richmond Upon Thames you should reserve this hotel. The hotel is renovated and the rooms are pretty nice. And a spectacular atmosphere.

I have booked the room for 2 days with my spouse. Beds were being comfy and the room was constantly pretty clean. The employees have been pretty helpful and friendly and every day took care to make us feel like home. Rooms are spacious and the closet. The bathroom was pretty clean and also the shower was super cool. Not an exceptionally social hotel at least all along our stay.
