Assuming that you are visiting Köln you have to reserve this hotel. The hotel is renovated and the guest rooms are very clean. In general everything was professional and friendly.

I have stayed for five days with my spouse. Beds were big enough and the room was usually clean. The employees have been quite helpful and welcoming and constantly made us feel welcome. Rooms are spacious as well as the closet. The bathroom was also very clean and the shower was great. Not a really social hotel however, maybe it was like this during our stay.

I have booked the room for 4 days with my husband. Beds ended up comfortable and the room was constantly pretty clean. The employees were quite helpful and friendly and always took care to make us feel like home. Rooms are spacious as well as the closet. Bathroom was also very clean plus the shower was fantastic. Not a very social hotel anyway, maybe was during our stay.
