Excellent Hotel customer care helped me get a new key when I asked for help. The breakfast and food generally was fantastic. Many of the personnel I contacted had been particularly pleasant.

This hotel was really centrally located and the personnel from the reception were available at any hours. The beds were cozy and the other guests were normally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air conditioning was on and off, but wasn´t a problem. Pretty wonderful hotel and good location. Surely will suggest this place!

The reserving method is very easy and intuitive, the hotel and cafe services is excellent, quite attentive and helpful, the place is renovated along with the rooms are certainly clean.
