Exceptional Hotel customer support helped me receive a new key when I requested for support. The breakfast and meals generally was fantastic. Many of the employees I contacted were being exceptionally nice.

This hotel was truly centrally located and the personnel on the reception were available at any time. The beds had been comfy and the people in the hotel had been typically respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air-con was off and on, but wasn´t a big deal. I have booked the room for two nights with my fiance. Beds were comfortable and the room was constantly pretty clean. The personnel were being pretty useful and welcoming and always made us feel welcome. Rooms are large and also the closet. Bathroom have been clean and also the shower was great. Not an incredibly social hotel at least during our stay.

Pretty nice and perfectly clean place. The area where is located is great, exactly what we preferred. Beds were extremely comfortable. There wasn’t a great deal about the social environment but it really is good for a complete night relaxation. I appreciated my days here enormously and will probably book yet again for my future visit to Lagoa.
