Fantastic workers, incredibly helpful and useful specially throughout the day shifts. For the cost its a fantastic deal. The receptionist is amazing, knows great locations to go to for visitors.

This hotel was definitely centrally positioned and the staff members on the reception were available at all the time. The beds ended up comfy and the people in the hotel were being normally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air conditioning was off and on, but wasn´t a big deal. Quite good hotel and excellent location. Surely will suggest this hotel!

Me and my kids stayed at the hotel for a few days to discovering the city. Spa Hotel Terme is located in an incredibly central place, it’s clean and the beds are quite cozy! There is only one detail I might suggest heading ahead and that is to provide additional hotel amenities, shower gel specifically. Overall, I was very pleased with this place and will surely endorse it to everyone trying to visit Sarajevo.

Fantastic place, everything is few steps. Staff members are tremendous friendly and handy and talk fantastic English. You’ll find activities each night and it´s a great way to meet people. Rooms and amenities are good and towels changed every single day. Only problem was my bed for being a little bit noisy but that’s extremely insignificant. Great quality for the price!

Very wonderful and perfectly clean hotel. The placement is great, precisely what we needed. Beds were being very nice. There wasn’t a great deal about the social ambiance but surely is superior for an entire night rest. I enjoyed my stay here enormously and will probably reserve once more for my following visit here.

I have stayed for five nights with my spouse. Beds were being cozy and the space was always clean up. The personnel were quite handy and pleasant and always made us feel like home. Rooms are large along with the closet. Bathroom was also very pretty clean and the shower was good. Not a really social hotel however, maybe it was like this all along our stay.
