Great my stay at Hotel Cristallo customer support helped me obtain a new key Once i requested for assist. The breakfast and food items generally speaking was perfect. All the employees I contacted were extremely nice.

Good location, every little thing is nearby. Personnel are tremendous pleasant and helpful and talk wonderful English. You will discover activities every evening and it´s a good way to meet persons. Rooms and services are ok and towels changed every day. Only thing was beds are a little squeaky but that’s extremely slight. Fantastic value for the money!

I have stayed for 6 days with my wife. Beds ended up cozy and the space was usually clean up. The personnel have been quite handy and friendly and always took care to make us feel welcome. Rooms are big and also the closet. Bathroom was also very clean and the shower was excellent. Not a very social hotel however, maybe it was like this all along our stay.

This hotel was definitely centrally situated and the staff members at the reception were available at any hrs. The beds have been comfortable and the other guests were generally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air conditioning was on and off, but wasn´t a problem. Incredibly good hotel and terrific area. Undoubtedly endorse this place!
