Excellent staff, extremely helpful and helpful in particular throughout the day shifts. For the worth its an excellent offer. The receptionist is magnificent, is familiar with fantastic locations to go to for tourists.

This hotel was definitely centrally situated and the personnel in the reception were there at all the hours. The beds were comfy and the other guests were being typically respectful with each other so the atmosphere was nice. The air con was on and off, but wasn´t a problem. Incredibly great hotel and excellent location. Surely will suggest Scandic Winn!

If you are visiting Karlstad you have to book a room here. The hotel looks like is recently renovated and the guest rooms are very clean. And the nice ambience helped us disconnect, it was very nice.

Fantastic hotel, almost everything is very near. Staff are super welcoming and handy and speak wonderful English. You will find activities just about every evening and it´s a fantastic way to meet people today. Rooms and amenities are ok and towels changed on a daily basis. Only thing was my bed for being somewhat noisy but that’s pretty slight. Good quality for the money!

Quite great and clean hotel. The area where is located is excellent, exactly what we needed. Beds were being really nice. There wasn’t much of the social ambiance but it´s fantastic for a complete night relaxation. I loved my stay here enormously and will probably come again for my upcoming visit here.
