This hotel was definitely centrally situated and the staff members on the reception were available at any hours. The beds have been comfy and the people in the hotel had been generally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was nice.The air-con was on and off, but they fix it. Pretty awesome hotel and terrific area. I Certainly endorse this place!

Incredibly good and perfectly clean hotel. The placement is excellent, just what we needed. Beds were really cozy. There wasn’t a lot about the social atmosphere nevertheless it is good for a complete night rest. I loved my stay here enormously and will most likely come once again for my up coming visit to Zermatt.

Excellent location, every little thing is few steps. Personnel are tremendous pleasant and well prepared and talk great English. You can find activities every single evening and it´s a good way to meet people. Rooms and services are good and towels changed every single day. Only problem was beds are a bit noisy but that’s extremely insignificant. Good quality for the price!

I have stayed for two nights with my wife. Beds were being comfortable and the room was always clean up. Staff members were incredibly handy and pleasant and every day took care to make us feel welcome. Rooms are large plus the closet. Bathroom was clean and the shower was wonderful. Not a really social hotel but maybe was only during our stay.
