Extremely nice and clean place. The location is excellent, exactly what we needed. Beds were incredibly comfy. There wasn’t a lot of the social ambiance but surely is excellent for a complete night relaxation. I appreciated my days here enormously and will probably reserve again for my future visit here.

I have booked the room for seven days with my husband. Beds were cozy and the room was always clean up. The employees were extremely helpful and pleasant and every day made us feel like home. Rooms are large along with the closet. Bathroom have been pretty clean and the shower was fantastic. Not an exceptionally social hotel at least all along our stay.

Me and my lover stayed at Avenue House Guest House for 2 nights for holidays to exploring the city. Avenue House Guest House is situated in a very central placement, it’s thoroughly clean as well as the beds are incredibly cozy! There is only one thing I might suggest heading forward and that’s to provide much more hotel amenities, shower gel particularly. However, We were very pleased with this place and would certainly recommend it to any one wanting to visit Belfast.
