This hotel was truly centrally located and the staff members at the reception were available at all the hours. The beds have been cozy and the people in the hotel were usually respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air-con was on and off, but wasn´t a problem. Extremely pleasant hotel and wonderful location. Undoubtedly advise Residenza Rubbiani Fermata Rizzoli!

Super place, every little thing is within walking distance. Staff members are tremendous friendly and well prepared and talk great English. You will discover activities every single night and it´s an excellent way to socializing with people today. Rooms and amenities are ok and towels changed every day. Only problem was beds are somewhat squeaky but that’s extremely small. Good value for the money!

Fantastic hotel, anything is close. Personnel are super friendly and handy and speak wonderful English. You will discover activities just about every night time and it´s an excellent way to socializing with people. Rooms and services are good and towels changed everyday. Only problem was my bed for being a tiny bit noisy but that’s quite minor. Excellent quality for the price!

I have stayed for 4 nights with my husband. Beds were being comfortable and the space was always pretty clean. The staff have been quite useful and pleasant and always made us feel like home. Rooms are large plus the closet. Bathroom was clean and the shower was wonderful. Not a very social hotel anyway, maybe was during our stay.
